Here's what we're loving this week:

Marks and Spencer’s newest wardrobe essential sees two of 2023’s biggest trends collide, and shoppers are already selling it out. Denim maxi skirts have been a huge hit with fashion fans this year, so too have the 90s cargo trousers, which the high street favourite has merged to give birth to your next favourite purchase.

The retailer’s Pure Cotton Maxi Cargo Skirt embraces the utilitarian trend in a fresh way, with customers ditching jeans in favour of this cool and casual alternative.

Coming in at £32.50, the skirt features patch and side pockets and a split at the back for easy movement. But do you know what we love more than clothes with functional pockets? Elasticated waists - and this skirt boasts both.

TikTok fashion influencers have sent a maxi dress from Boohoo viral after comparing it to Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS brand . The £7 dress has been praised by shoppers for its figure-hugging design that ‘gives you curves’ without the designer price tag.

The budget-friendly wardrobe basic is available in a range of colours, like black, brown, navy and bottle green, as well as a selection of brights like pink, red and mustard to suit a range of personal styles.

Available in sizes 4-16, the basics maxi dress is made from a lightweight jersey fabric that makes it perfect for everyday wear. With a scoop neckline and strappy design, it’s the ultimate outfit foundation on which to curate your own look, whether you team it with your favourite sandals for a relaxed holiday fit, or dress it up with keels and a leather jacket for a more elevated look. Rochelle Humes’ autumn essential

Known for her neutral colour palette and capsule wardrobe, Rochelle Humes has wowed This Morning viewers once again with her ‘stunning’ outfit this week. On Wednesday’s show, she styled a creamy top and skirt combo - and her vest was surprisingly affordable, coming in under £20.

Rochelle wore the Stradivarius Knit Halter Top which costs £17.99. An effortless capsule wardrobe piece, the sleeveless fitted knit offers a racer back and high neck, making it perfect for the trans-seasonal period as we approach autumn.

It also comes in black or caramel, which we think Rochelle would rock equally as well. They’re all available in sizes XS to XL, but after being spotted on Rochelle, XL is already sold out in the vanilla. You can shop Rochelle’s knitted top for under £18 here.

Frankie Bridge’s ‘Prada dupe’

Frankie Bridge never fails to provide us with fashion inspiration and the ITV star has tipped a new Marks and Spencer handbag as a high street alternative to the Prada Cleo.

The M&S Faux Leather Underarm Bag, which comes in black and brown, has a handy top handle and metallic hardware for a sophisticated finish. Frankie said : "You can’t go wrong with a little black bag. Goes with everything!! This one’s a great Prada dupe".

Coming in at £25, the affordable accessory can be worn with an off-duty outfit like Frankie's denim skirt and crop top, or paired with a show-stopping dress at special occasions.

Prada’s Cleo shoulder bag costs an eye-watering £2,400, but Marks and Spencer's similar version will help you get the same look for less than £30. Buy it here while you still can.

Glossier’s first foundation has finally launched - and we couldn't be more excited. The brand's long-awaited product is inspired by its iconic Stretch Concealer, which hit the market in 2016 and is known for delivering a skin-like finish.

Available now, Glossier's new Stretch Fluid Foundation claims to deliver the same light-to-medium coverage and natural look as its sister product - so it's bound to be a hit. There are 32 ‘flexible’ hues across seven shade categories and five undertones.

The gel-cream formula is 89% skincare-based, containing plant-derived squalane, rosehip, and plankton extract. This nourishing blend of ingredients aims to hydrate the complexion and leave it looking balanced. Best of all? The £34 foundation promises to "never cake" on skin, offering up to 12 hours of wear. You can purchase Glossier's Stretch Fluid Foundation for £34 here.

That viral Mango cardigan

If you’ve been scrolling through TikTok recently, chances are you’ve come across the latest chic cardigan trend, and there’s one in particular from Mango which we have our eyes firmly set on - and it seems thousands of other fashion fans do too.

This stunning £49.99 Mango cardi is giving us definite Chanel vibes, boasting a cream or black textured knitted fabric with chic gold buttons and two front pockets, making it the perfect piece for dressing up any casual outfit.

As the cardi is all over TikTok, we have a feeling it’ll sell out pretty quickly, especially as we edge closer to autumn - so it’s well worth picking it up here whilst it’s still available in most sizes. There’s also a similar knitted cardigan with gold buttons, but in black for the same price.

If you're going for that 'old money' Sofia Richie aesthetic this autumn, you can pick up the stunning £49.99 cardigan from Mango here.

Benefit’s latest mascara - tried and tested

For years, we have been obsessed with mascaras from Benefit - whether it’s the OG Bad Gal Mascara, Roller Lash Curling Mascara, They’re Real Lengthening Mascara and out of this world, BADgal BANG!. So you can only imagine our joy when we heard they were launching a new one, aptly named ‘Fan Fest’.

Yes the latest launch to take pride of place in our makeup collection, and on our very own peepers is the Fan Fest volumising mascara - priced at £25.50. With the perfect brush to help fan from side-to-side, it’s never been easier to amplify volume and multiply the look of lashes in seconds.

Our fashion and beauty editor, Sarah Bradbury tried it out and said: “Over 2,600 people have already given this mascara a go, including ourselves, and we have to say, our outer-corner lashes have never looked thicker, longer or with better lift! Just take a look for yourself - and would you believe that’s just one coat too? Before applying the mascara in a sweeping motion, we curled our lashes - for an extra bit of drama.

“The brush applied the perfect amount of mascara too - no clumping, dry ends or excess, making its way onto our eyelid either. Because of the brush design, it really made sure our lashes were pushed upwards, to really make them look wide-awake.”

The fragrance of 2023

Cast your mind back to 2017. During this year, millions of us were introduced to the crazy cult of Bum Bum Cream. This Brazilian invention by Sol de Janeiro had celebrities and beauty editors in a chokehold as they promised you the hope of obtaining a supermodel's booty.

Fast forward to today, the company has since expanded and launched more beauty heroes alongside its rich, buttery lotion. One of these items is their viral body mist , which exploded onto the TikTok scene last year and sold out within days.

But at £19, is it worth the investment? MyLondon’s Alexandra Bullard gave it a whirl and said: “Immediately I felt like I was lounging on a Greek island soaking up the sun with a vanilla ice cream cone. The salted caramel scent mixed with the pistachio is irresistible. It's not overly sugarly or sweet, and it sits delightfully on my clothes. without feeling sticky. It's like summer captured inside a tiny bottle, literally.

“Although it’s a fragrance mist rather than eau de parfum, I can still smell it hours after the initial spritz. As someone who loves to overly indulge myself when spraying perfume this is perfect as I don't feel guilty.”
